This town and country location is great place to start your vacation adventure and experience the many local NCW attractions. From mountains ,rivers, lakes, trails, ball fields, golf, business meetings, downtown shopping, restaurants and wineries there is something for everyone. After a day of exploring come back to unwind in the comfort of your private suite, patio or lounge. The space This is a unique older home and the entire house is not for rent. The hosts are on sight. The space of accommodation is a main floor level wing of our home with private entrance that is totally exclusive for guests. There are three large bedrooms, two private bath and a spacious sunroom with kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with drink ware, plates, silverware, a few serving plates, cooking utensils, small size cookware, a microwave, refrigerator, electric skillet, electric hot plate, a high end Wolf brand Counter top oven, household blender and a Cuisinart electric outdoor bbq. This is an older home and while all of the appliances work well with the power sources use of multiple appliances at once will cause the breaker to trip. There is a high top table and chairs, living room seating, an electric fireplace, ceiling fan and a Wi-Fi television for you to sign on and watch your favorite show as the evening unwinds. Our home is in a private setting surrounded by mature landscape, cherry orchard and flower beds. Gorgeous views of the Wenatchee city scape, the Cascade Mountains and the Columbia river can be seen from every bedroom. There are window coverings on all windows for sun and light blocking and if you prefer additional privacy. We value your privacy but don’t be surprised if while sitting outside on one of three private patios that one of our cats choose to mingle with you or one our dogs asks you to throw their favorite ball across the lawn. The guest only kitchenette/lounge area is amply stocked with supplies and snacks if you’d like to prepare something light to eat. In addition to that the two main bedrooms also have a mini fridge and Keurig coffee makers. If you find our place as enchanting as we do please ask us about hosting your smaller size private event. Guest access There are 3 generous size rooms and 2 private baths in this suite. There is 1 room with an en-suite bath and the other 2 share a bathroom that is directly across the hall. A privacy screen in the hallway is available. A lounge area and 3 separate patios give you ample space to kick back and unwind after a day well spent here in the Wenatchee Valley. Other things to note We ask that you be as courteous and respectful of our property as we are to you. Life happens therefore if something gets broken please let us know. If it is an unreasonable circumstance we will ask you to pay to replace such item. The televisions in your room are smart tvs but not connected to any devices. You will need to sign on with your own account to watch television. Again, your comfort is our utmost concern and if there are any questions or issues during your stay we are committed to making it right. Please don’t hesitate to contact either of us.
