The property is set in a quiet hillside neighbourhood in Fort William, a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the High Street. The property would be ideally suited to a group looking for a base to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Highlands! The space We ordinarily operate the property as a Bunkhouse (Black Sheep Bunkhouse) and the rooms are normally let on a room by room basis. However, when we are away we make the space available for an individual group. The property is split into two parts, the bunkhouse side (of which guests will have exclusive use) and the hosts living quarters. However you will have your own separate entrance. What you'll have: - Stunning loch views - Three en-suite twin rooms each with towels, wardrobe and hairdryer - A small kitchen equipped with all the basics and a dining table and chairs - A drying room - A small snug with bean bags, guidebooks and a TV (please note this only big enough for about three people) - A garden and outdoor terrace with patio furniture What we don't have: - A large indoor gathering area (such as a living room) - however the kitchen is large enough for all 6 guests to sit and have a meal at the dining table - A TV that everyone can watch. Although there is a TV in the snug, this room is only large enough for 3 people - A washing machine
