The lowest floor has four bedrooms. One King, one Queen, one with two twins and one with a set of bunks and a trundle. There is a full bath on this level as well as a 1/2 bath. This level features the game room with full size regulation pool table, a golfing green and a new 60 inch Smart TV. There is an huge outdoor deck with the hot tub going off the twin bedroom. There are three exits from the game room onto the porch with the hot tub. The cabin is located within the Coosawattee River Resort offering many amenities such as swimming in an enclosed pool, mini golf, fitness room and more. Your resort fee covers the use for you to use all 3 pools (one heated during winter) 3 river parks, stocked fish pond, tennis and basketball court (equipment supplied) mini golf and work out center.
