Beautiful Grand Pavilion - steps to the beach with Grand Pavilion Pool Access

For your safety: **This house is thoroughly cleaned with CDC recommended sanitizer between each guest ( to include black light technology inspection after each cleaning) Fabulous four bedroom, four bath house located on one of the prettiest lots within the coveted Grand Pavilion area in Wild Dunes. Professionally decorated (actually still in the process as you may notice from some of the pictures!) we are leaving no room untouched! Just four houses back from the beach (you can even see the ocean from the back porch) this house makes for the perfect get-away. The open-concept living, dining and wonderful kitchen all flow together - making it easy for the entire family to enjoy time together. Both the kitchen and the dining area open to a wonderful screen porch that overlooks a grassy area leading to the beach. The porch, which stretches across the entire back of the house, will be one of the favorite places for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. Looking to the right is a huge, moss draped live oak offering cooling shade to the setting sun in the evenings and to the left, you can see the ocean. Rounding out the downstairs is a guestroom, with queen bed, and a bathroom. Taking the stairs to the second floor will bring you to the rest of the bedrooms. One guestroom and private bath offer a king bed, while the other guestroom and private bath offers 2 queen beds. All beds in the house have cool cotton sateen sheets, comfy down pillows, and all have custom bed treatments. The large master suite has a king bed, a private deck (you actually feel like you are in a tree house) a large master bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and best of all, a sunroom that can either be enjoyed as a separate living room for the adults while kids take over the downstairs living room This house offers full access to the 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools (only Grand Pavilion and Seaside houses can offer the extra pool access all day). Wi-Fi has been upgraded so no need to feel “out of touch" while enjoying your vacation. Don't forget that Wild Dunes is only a 20 - 30 minute drive to downtown, historic Charleston, making it the closest resort to The Holy City.
