Art residency exploring native traditions

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We will host you with a novice Kartvelian traditions 3-course meals and definite amount of wine and chacha. The space The house is built in the 1970s, our family renovated the building in 2019 to host guests from all around the world with modern standards. Each room has a specific character, decorated with wall paintings, guests can also add their ideas to them after agreeing them with us. 4 rooms have private bathroom and only fifth which is dorm, has a shared bathroom. The indoor pool is heated and creates a subtropical environment, where plants thrive throughout the year. You can enjoy gardening even in rainy days. Nevertheless, we serve all the meals, you can still use all the utilities and cook. Spending time is easy and fulfilling in our estate, you can hike, walk, practice on piano, paint, carve, craft, learn traditional cooking and come up with all the new projects. Guest access Guests can access all the spaces in the yard and houses. Other things to note The site is still under construction, so workers and building process is present.
