Cabin with hot tub close to the vineyards - Beaune

Nestled in the peaceful hills of Burgundy with the vineyards of Beaune just a stone’s throw away, The Writer’s Cabin is the perfect cozy hide away to unplug, slow down and recharge. For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner. The space You’ll have a kitchen and bathroom, wood burner, a private hot tub and a large deck for you to enjoy being in nature. You'll find all we feel you need - tea, coffee, slow brew coffee and Nespresso, olive oil and spices and herbs, soaps, washing up liquid, bedding, towels and robes, a selection of inspiring books in English, French and Dutch, a wood burner, outdoor fire pit, blankets, and even a Ukulele :) so you can enjoy cabin life to the fullest! The bed is 140cm wide and 200cm long (so a normal US / Dutch length, longer than the French 190cm standard) Many of our previous guests say the cabin is bigger on the inside in real life than they’d expected from the pictures. Please note that we can not welcome children under the age of 12, babies or pets. Guest access The cabin is on the edge of our property in a secluded corner with wonderful views of the woods and farm fields. You'll have a private hot tub and small garden (which turns into a large farm field) in front of your cabin as well as access to the shared heated swimming pool (open June-September) and shared garden that are behind the cabin. We're around in case you would need us, but the location of the cabin feels like you're all by yourself as we are the last house of the tiny village. Occasionally you will see a tractor passing, but other than that there is hardly any traffic on the small road next to our property. Other things to note The cabin is self catering (so without breakfast) and you have an equipped kitchen to be able to cook your meals. Please note though it doesn't have an oven, microwave or dishwasher. Upon request we offer breakfast (16€ per person) and vegetarian or vegan meals (17€ per person or 20€ including a homemade dessert) which we serve at the cabin. Happy to share more when you’re here!
