There are beach amenties such as towels, chairs, yoga mats at the front entry breezeway. + Mid-level is the orignal master bedroom (The Blue Room), which is ensuite with a walk-in closet, balcony, and canyon view. Queen-sized bed. + Mid-level is also the guest bathroom - which is shared with the Yellow Room and the Red Room. + Yellow Room has a flatscreen wall-mounted TV, double-sized bed, and small desk. + The Red Room has a double-sized bed, balcony access, gorgeous green canyon view, a professionally mounted boxing punching bag, and a desk with a monitor, keyboard, and an HDMI cable to plug in a laptop for work. + The Drum Room/Media Room: The Family room, but many other uses. It can be an additional bedroom. There is a California King sized mattress topper. There is a 110-inch projector TV with Amazon Prime, HBOMax, and Netflix. There is also an additional 65' 4K flatscreen TV. Wrap-around red velvet sofa. A red Gretsch drumset. It has been used as a broadcasting, podcasting and live-streaming film studio. As per your request, the media room can be set up to accomodate filiming or for green-screen video filming, and camera rentals are available for your stay at an additional charge.
