Laundry and kitchen facilities, and a garage for those mountain bikes or motorcycles. Enjoy your coffee or dinner on the back patio. Other things to note Please be aware of our no smoking policy. No smoking anywhere on the property. As our home sits tight with our neighbors we ask that you be respectful of them and no parties. Please be quiet at 10pm. We also ask that if you bring a pet you clean up after them.
