From your private deck, watch sailboats sway, sea otters play, and the sun dip behind the rock in a blaze of color. With thoughtfully designed interiors, cozy fireplaces, and everything you need to relax and recharge, this is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Condo Features: • Gorgeous elevated views of the bay from your private deck, perfect for sunsets, seal-spotting, and sipping your favorite drink. • Furnished with high quality, comfortable beds and furniture. • Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal • Living room with gas fireplace built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort. • The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space. • Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed. • Full bathroom has a large step in shower • There is also a half bathroom • Shared garage for 1 vehicle to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street) Managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, this condo is sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a carefree coastal escape. No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted. This unit is just one of three nearly identical condos in the building. Same great views, same thoughtful design, so if your dates are taken, we've got you covered with another option! Morro Bay is bursting with adventure, from tide pooling, kayaking, and biking to wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Don’t forget to check out the local art galleries, farmers' markets, and festive seasonal events while you’re here. Once you experience life on the bay, you’ll be planning your return before you even leave. Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats Lock all doors and windows Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: Check-In Time 4:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM No Smoking and No Pets Primary Renter must be age 21 years of age or older, per city ordinance. Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit. Subject to SLO County Transient Occupancy Tax License #102021 Guest access This is a professionally managed vacation rental and the entire condo with all listed amenities are available for guest use.
