The cottage also provides a full (small!) bath with full size tub, kitchen dining area, and large deck for sunning and socializing. There is ample off-street parking and a small, shaded backyard with outdoor shower. Cable, high speed wifi, three smart TVs and an outdoor grill are provided for your convenience. Hot air furnace heat for chilly nights. Kitchen equipped with oven, range, microwave, full sized as well as smaller "happy hour" fridge, keurig and drip coffee maker, lobster pot, and ocean views! Hand towels, paper towels, napkins, and hand soap provided. High chair, kid utensils and some toys provided. Pack n Play available upon request. Some beach chairs available.
