Workers' cottage (from 1914) in the picturesque Frisian town of Grou. The cottage is ± 100 meters from the Pikmeer and the jetties of boat rental Anja. A south-facing backyard with a sheltered terrace. French doors from the kitchen/dining area give access to the garden and terrace. In the shed, there are two bicycles that can be used for trips. The house and the furnishings are in good condition, new Swiss Sence Boxspring bed, comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden. The space The cottage can accommodate up to two people. A small dog is allowed (so NO large dogs), but always in consultation. On the second floor, in the shower room, a night toilet has been installed. In the spring of 2023, the shower room was completely renovated. Guest access One private room is closed off. Otherwise, you have access to all the rooms. Other things to note You can stay a minimum of 6 nights. This is due to the time needed to prepare the cottage for new guests. Including tourist tax!
