The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (cooling/heating) in the bedroom, three single beds (90 × 200 cm), a 140 cm sofa bed, a living/dining room with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Free Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable stay: sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. 📺 In the bedroom, you'll find a 43" Smart TV with Google Home and built-in Chromecast to enjoy your favorite platforms or use voice control with Google Assistant. In the living-dining room there is also a TV for your moments of relaxation and entertainment. ☀️ Private rooftop sun terrace The apartment has a private sun terrace on the building's rooftop, separate from the apartment. It is not on the same level as the apartment and is not directly accessible from it. To get to the terrace, you have to climb some short, steep wooden stairs. The terrace has a table, chairs and loungers to enjoy the sun and the spectacular ocean views. ⚠️ Important: Access to the terrace via these stairs is not recommended for small children or people with reduced mobility. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Near the apartment there is a jetty for swimming and fishing, as well as a natural pool where it is recommended to supervise children very closely. Playa de Alojera is a perfect place to unwind, snorkel or dive, and explore the surroundings, such as Garajonay National Park (about a 20-minute drive) or Vallehermoso (about a 25-minute drive).
