Firefly Guesthouse presents our cozy studio which is located only two blocks from charming downtown Livermore. Early check-in or late check-out are an extra cost of $10 per hour, however approval is based on availability. The space The studio is set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment. We have tried to anticipate your every need and supply all the essentials and then some! The comfy king bed has quality linens. The mini split (A/C & heater) and ceiling fan with remote control help maintain comfortable temperatures during your stay. The kitchenette is well-equipped for your culinary enjoyment. It is outfitted with a mini fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. In addition to the essentials you will find a personal blender, keurig single serve coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and hair dryer. The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows. There is a washer & dryer for your use. Please bring your favorite laundry detergents and consumables. The studio is the front unit of a tri-plex and shares one wall. Sound does travel to some extent however it is generally minimal. Neighborhood sounds include the occasional dog barking, loud car driving by, or festive mariachi music of a local birthday party. The view out the windows is of the driveway. You are welcome to close the blackout curtains for total privacy. Guest access Guests have the entire studio to themselves. Please note: we are not a hotel and we run this Airbnb based on a trusting relationship with our guests. Please be honest with your booking information regarding the number in your party and the reason for your stay. If you are not able to provide honest information then our property is not the right match and we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.
