Cozy garden level apartment

My place is close to Lake Loveland, public park with playground, Estes Park, old town Loveland (restaurants, museum, galleries, music, etc.) Benson Sculpture Park, Ft. Collins, the Budweiser Event Center, Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch,the outlet mall and Centerra. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and quiet families. The space The apartment is 800 square feet of space that is a recent basement conversion. It is cozy and comfortable. Each bedroom contains a double bed and lots of warm comforters. Also note that I follow Airbnb"s enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols to keep all of my guests safe. Guest access There is a full sized washer and dryer in the kitchen. No oven but a flat two burner European cooktop and microwave. My yard is very sweet with flowers, trees and a small pond and fountain. Very relaxing! Other things to note Please know that the town of Loveland is NOT the ski area which is also called Loveland. That is on the other side of the mountain. Nightly rate is for 2 guests only. Each additional guest will be charged $10.00 per night up to 4 folks. Thanks
