Self check-in to the space makes it especially convenient for travelers no matter when you arrive. Views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking.Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space is on your own floor, completely separated from our upstairs space and with a private entrance. Enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast with freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas. The location is quiet and private, yet so close to town. The space The space includes a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, desk work space, closet, large window with a view of beautiful Mt. Lamborn and the park-like setting of our backyard. There is a kitchen space with table and chairs, microwave, small refrigerator, double burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. There is also salt and pepper, sugar, and cooking oil. The bathroom and laundry facility are immediately adjoining the kitchen space, and there is a living room to relax in. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, and hair dryer and is right next door to the bedroom. The living room has a sliding glass door out onto a covered patio with furniture for enjoying the outdoors while you work or relax. The laundry facility on your floor is available for a small fee. Guest access When you arrive, drive to end of the driveway and park on the right next to the upstairs deck. Your entrance is the solid door next to the sliding glass door under the deck. EZ parking and access, no stairs. Entry instructions will be provided upon reservation.
