You'll have access to the stairwell (shared by one other apartment) and your apartment. Hosted by a local property management company. We are available 24/7 for maintenance issues. I was born and raised in the Leavenworth and Kansas City area and am happy to answer any questions. Located across the street from Haymarket Square (farmer's market, local events - usually open May thru September), and walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Downtown Leavenworth has several national historic districts. There is no public transportation. Your key also operates the storage and mechanical closet outside your apartment door. Inside this closet, you will find the breaker box, vacuum, broom and mop. If you ever need to reset the TV and/or cable box, there is a switch in the cabinet above the microwave. Flipping this switch is the equivalent of unplugging (and re-plugging) these devices.
