Guest access You'll have access to the stairwell (shared by one other apartment) and your apartment. Other things to note Your key also operates the storage and mechanical closet outside your apartment door. Inside this closet, you will find the breaker box, vacuum, broom and mop. If you ever need to reset the TV and/or cable box, there is a switch in the cabinet above the microwave. Flipping this switch is the equivalent of unplugging (and re-plugging) these devices.
