BEDROOM: Our first floor guest room features a best in the industry queen sized air mattress bed (regular bed-height) with a closet, smart TV with Amazon firestick (works with Netflix, Hulu, etc), linens, toiletries and laundry access (in the kitchen). There is a lock on the door for added security and plenty of space for luggage. BATHROOM: Find your private bathroom just steps outside of the bedroom door. Fully stocked with all the amenities you might need from towels to toothpaste to soap and shampoo. THE SPACE: Full access to the first floor; kitchen, living room, dining room, and back sunroom as well as the backyard. Feel free to cook and make coffee in the kitchen. Wifi is available. Private driveway parking. LOCATION: Shopping, numerous restaurants and 2 grocery stores are all less than 5 minutes away. The train station is a 4 minute drive with a 25 minute train ride to downtown Philly. Driving downtown takes about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Conveniently located near Arcadia University, Penn State Abington, Westminster Seminary and Salus University. The best part about our location? It is quiet while still being close to everything! First floor guestroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sunroom. We are business owners, work full time and travel often but we are only a phone call/text away! If we are available we will meet you upon checkin/out, however, you may be provided with instructions for self-checkin/out. We give our guests privacy but are available when needed :) We love our location because we are close to everything! All within a 2-10 minute drive.
