The bottom mattress is a full and the top mattress is a twin. The living room has a pull out couch. There is also a pack'n'play and a travel highchair. The home is also fully equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, utensils, and 2 full baths. Our outdoor patio comes equipped with a gas grill.
