It's a brand new and fully equipped apartment: - Integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge... - 3 bedrooms (7 beds - sleeps 10) with blankets provided - 1 bathroom equipped with 2 Italian showers - Electric heating and reversible air conditioning - Barbecue - Fiber internet Other things to note - Bed linens are not provided, nor are towels. However, you can opt for rental. This service is offered at a price of €12 for sheets and €3 for towels. - Consumables will be charged upon checkout according to your actual consumption.
