Guest access Guest's have access to the entire home during their stay include the casita and we aim to provide guests with the utmost privacy during their stay. It is important to note in advance that the pool is cleaned twice a week and we have a valet service which handles the garbage collection who will need access to the side of the house once a week. Other things to note FAQs 🌵 Are there any restrictions with guests or visitors? 🌵 Yes: - We do not allow anyone under the age of 25 without a parent or by special request. - We cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. The rollaways are for if people don't wish to share and not for adding additional guests. - Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. - We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property. 🌵 Does the property have a private pool or spa? 🌵 We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool will be maintained in the mid to high 80s. We do not heat it during the summer as it is redundant with the desert heat. NOTE: The pool stops heating when the spa is turned on and vice versa as they share a heat pump. The spa is controlled at the home so will not be hot for your arrival. 🌵 Is the property pet-friendly? 🌵 No - This property is strictly no pets due to severe allergies. We do have pet friendly properties available we can send you. 🌵 What is the parking situation? 🌵 The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed. There’s also a 220V outlet in the garage for EV charging. You will need to bring your own Nema 14-50 adapter for Teslas. 🌵 Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? 🌵 Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. 🌵 Is early check-in or late check-out available? 🌵 While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. Please note that our gardening team visits the property twice per week to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. They will access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay.
