Hidden gem - Spacious apartment close to downtown

Welcome to our cozy and unique apartment located in walking distance to everything downtown. You'll have a private bedroom and my German roommates Kathy and Max will be available as much or little as needed and are always happy to give you recommendations! Feel free to use the kitchen, laundry machine, TV,... - make yourself at home! The space Your room features a comfy full size bed with a really nice mattress. It is perfect for couples, friends, or single travelers! Being so close to downtown, the apartment is located at two big streets so it might get a little noisy sometimes, especially when the ambulance is rushing through the traffic. If that doesn't bother you, this apartment is a hidden gem! The living room is very spacious, with tons of natural light. It features a dartboard and a comfy TV area with a Playstation, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (plus a fantastic view on Denver's sunsets over downtown). Feel free to use our fully equipped kitchen! It has everything you need to cook a nice meal, including an oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle maker, french press et cetera. There will be some fridge space for you as well! The apartment is located in the ballpark neighborhood, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. For example, the Rockies stadium is a 5 minute walk away, 16th Street Mall is 10 minutes away, and Denver's Union Station, from where you can catch the train to the airport, is 15 minutes away. There is also a bus station right across the street.
