The space Your space is brand new construction to include; queen bed, desk and chair for working or studying, plenty of counter space, cabinets, built in closet, carpet and real wood flooring and plenty of lighting options that include, recessed lighting, overhead fan with lights and lighting above your work space. There is also a 32 in. Smart TV. Also iron and ironing board are available. Patio area in front is very peaceful and cool due to the 35 year old Chinese Pistachio trees and all day shade from the desert sun. Bird food available to feed the many birds that visit our tree filled property. There is also Koi food available to feed the Koi and goldfish. Patio access to front or back patios. Smoking on patios allowed if you are not bothering another quest and you are welcome to relax with your favorite beverage!
