Cozy apartment located in a quite neighborhood. Private drive right up to the door, no stairs or steps. Established neighborhood with one entrance. Thirteen hundred square feet apartment all on one level. Outdoor Lanai for relaxing, large fire pit, and an extended area for play. Located within minutes to lake Hickory. Main attractions to this area: Charlotte stadium, 1 1/2 hr, Biltmore House 1 1/2 hr, and Boone NC ski resorts 1 hour. Government ID is required Great Place for staying alone or with family! Apartment with private driveway, parking, and ground level entrance. Living Room: Couch, workspace, television, dvd player, books, toys, wood burning fireplace. Kitchen: Fridge, stove, table, microwave, toaster, snacks, utensils, dishes, pans and kitchen sink. Bedroom One: King size bed, dresser, large closet and access to bathroom. Bedroom Two: Queen size bed, walk in closet, dresser, access to bathroom. Outdoor: Outdoor seating. The space My attached apartment space is well lit and is on the lower level with a separate driveway and entryway. The home and apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers privacy. My home is only two miles from lake Hickory and a local boat access used for boating, fishing, and walking (exercise). My space is a 50 minute drive from Blowing Rock/Boone Area and about an hour from Asheville, Charlotte, and Winston Salem. I am about an hour to hour and a half from the Biltmore Estate, the Bank of America (Carolina Panthers) Stadium, Apple picking, snow and water skiing, great hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway(beautiful scenery during the fall when the leafs change color) and great shopping in Charlotte or the Outlets in Blowing Rock. I’m less than ten miles from the CRAWDADS stadium and Hickory Metro convention center. Guest access Guests have access to the walkout basement floor apartment. Private outdoor patio seating area. All guests have access to a bathroom, a living area with wood burning fire place, and a kitchen space. Other things to note I do not accept high school students. Cigarette smokers have to be 20 ft from entry way while smoking.
