Our condo is managed by Pam Martin, REALTOR Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. A804 is 3 Bedroom/3 Bath luxury condo on the eight floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. From the balcony, you have a beautiful direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, a pristine white sandy beach, the boardwalk to the beach and the gorgeous Avalon Pools. The Master bedroom has a King bed and adjoins the balcony and double vanity master bath with a large jetted master tub with a shower. The East guest room has a King bed and adjoins its own private bath with a walk-in shower. The West guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoins the hallway bath with a tub/shower set-up. The sofa converts to a queen bed. So the unit can sleep up to 8 quite comfortably. The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with full size major appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Minor appliances in the condo include coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer, iron and hair dryers. When booking this condo, you will have access to the Clubhouse's private facilities with an optional daily fee of approximately $45 for the days you choose, payable in person, at the Club Desk. This fee gives everyone in the condo access to the indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker room with sauna, outdoor community pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, poolside entertainment, tiki bar and grill. With out the daily fee, you still have access to the restaurant, salon, and spa inside the clubhouse and the restaurant and shopping at the front of the property. Plus you have access to the pool at the foot of the towers and boardwalks with showers. There are restrooms and water fountains near the lobby entrance of each tower. Beach loungers and umbrella set-ups are available along with beach rentals, parasailing and rides through the beach attendant. Once you enter The Beach Club Resort, you may park and never get in your vehicle again until its time to leave. Seaonally, the tram runs through out the property! Bring your beach towels, food, drinks, ice chest, sunscreen and toiletries, paper goods and detergents. There is a starter set of some of the items to get you through the first day.
