If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. THE VIEW Enjoy the harbor and ocean views, with amazing sunsets from the living room, bedroom and balcony. KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4. LIVING AREAS F111 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a sofa and two arm chairs. The living room also has a flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area. SLEEPING F111 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper. EXTRAS This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -F111 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. BEACH: Oceanside Beach: < 1 mile. The complex is built directly on the beach and you are just steps from the sand and ocean waves. ACTIVITIES: With the beach and harbor so close there are many activities within walking distance of the condo.
