Moonlight woods

Tenting spot. Bring your own tent and set up in the woods or open yard. No Vehicles in yard. You will have access to the bathroom in the house, which is shared. Remember, camping, so supply your own linens The property is wooded and private. A fire pit and wood will be provided (minimal). Outdoor picnicing Please remember this is our yard, so bring lights and give us your tentative ETA day of arrival. Only 1 tent/res. No Pets or Smoking anywhere on our property No trailer/large vehicles The space This is a great camping experience. You are so close to the water you can walk to it daily. The camp site is secluded in the woods if you like privacy. But the house is located on the street, which is slow at night but lobstermen begin their days at 4am There are so many great adventures awaiting exploration on the St George peninsula. Two state parks and many beautiful beaches, quarry's to explore and much more. Be sure to bring enough light, this is only our yard and the trek to the bathroom is dark Tent camping Only. No Vehicles, vans, rvs permitted for in our yard. Our driveway is on the street so can be noisy for vehicle sleeping We offer an outdoor shower, as well as indoor restroom for use. Bring your own linens and supplies Guest access We have a huge yard, surrounded by mostly woods, which you can explore. Renting is in the backyard away from the road, but still road noise. Not a very busy road at night The door to the house and bathroom is in the front of the house. A bit inconvenient, for night and not lit up, due to it being our house. The outside decks are available for your use. We have a fire pit, with wood available to use. Make sure you have a bucket of water at the pit at all times and extinguish completely before leaving fire. We have space for up to a 40 ft RV in the driveway, must make arrangements prior to booking your stay. No hookups or pump outs, due to not a camping resort, just our home. Other things to note Remember to bring sunscreen and bug spray. And lights Please give an estimated arrival time on arrival day. Checkin Before 9pm This is our backyard. We Must be home for your arrival. Be sure you notify us of your eta. No designated spots. No lights in the yard, bring your lights. We have plenty of room under trees, or away from the road and house or in the woods. Its a great location. Near many local attractions, trails, beaches, lighthouses, etc. But no vehicles allowed on site only in parking area and no lights in the backyard. Mowed and maintained yard. Has an electric fence surrounding the garden, which you should avoid. There is a picnic table, chairs, benches and a fire pit with wood for your use. Outdoor shower as well as indoor restroom. Follow instructions or ask to use outdoor shower if unsure. Parking is limited, so pull close to other vehicles to assure everyone has a spot. Do Not back out into the street. Very busy fast roadway. No nearby neighbors, surrounded by brush/woods. Hilly and rocky yard but an enjoyable, peaceful spot for camping. House rules: 1. Be cautious of front door, it sticks and glass is fragile. Do not bang or swing shut. Close gently. 2. Wipe your feet before entering. This is our home and we use this restroom, as well. 3. Do not pee in the yard. Been a dry summer and our grass is drying up. 4. Prop the bathroom door open upon leaving, so we know it is empty 5. No Pets or Smoking anywhere on property or in your vehicle. 6. One tent/one vehicle per site reservation. 7. Extra large vehicles or trailers Must be preapproved. Maybe placed down the road to park for the night
