The space My 4 bedroom apartment is 130-meter square, ideally located on 11th floor of the Sapphire Residence which is a modern, new built luxurious condo building with a panoramic view to the SEA, City centre and Poem Mountain, only take 1 minutes walk to go the SEA, close to all types of bars, coffee shops, restaurants or to other most famous and attractive tourist’s destinations i.e 500 m to Halong market, 1,5 km to Quang Ninh museum. Where you can have a peaceful and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. The building has everything you need for living such as convenience store, gym center, pools, sauna.. It has a spacious living room, kitchen & dining area, 2 master bedroom, 2 junior bedrooms – all of them with a remarkable relaxing view to the City and Sea. Spacious living room with big comfy sofa and a nice big dining table, smart TV with YouTube, strong WiFi connected. Kitchen area is new and modern, fully equipped. Adding up to all of such nice features of the apartment is the landlord who can speak fluent English, friendly and willing to support at any time Guest access The price of OUTSIDE SWIMMING POOL is 80,000 VND/adult and 40,000 VND/children With only 200,000 VND/person and you can use an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, GYM and SAUNA (charged per visit). Please come to the reception desk to buy a ticket. Everything inside the house is free to use: - Living room with SMART 50inch TV with, dining table. - Kitchen with full kitchen tools: microwave, fridge, rice cooker etc - Large Balcony with SEA and CITY view. - Bed room with SMART 43inch TV with, stunning sea view - Loggia to wash and hang your clothes.
