EXTRA INFORMATION: Ashram sources its water from nearby lakes. Although the water has undergone purification, it is not safe to drink as the water is more saline than freshwater so we provide our guests with safe drinking water. Brackish water also tends to stain objects and this does not reflect uncleanliness. Our pool contains the highest possible safe level of chlorine, due to the presence of wildlife, to stay compliant with health and safety regulations.
