Please note**included in your price is the 11% bed tax required by the county of Mendocino. The space Cottage is located in Anchor Bay which is right in the middle of the Costal Banana Belt. Trees abundant around propery, meadow is open and sunny. Lots of room for children and pets to romp. Guest access The house is separate and private. Hot tub, deck etc are private. Fully equipped with linens, cookware, dishes etc. Other things to note There are several beaches close by but not in walking distance. Our beaches are below cliffs. There are several close by but none that you can just walk to safely. There is more info below under "The neighborhood"
