Near LA attractions: Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Hollywood (under 20 min). The space The property is gated with the access via coded entry. This house is located in a great location near tons of stores and restaurants. Great freeway access and not far from LA's favorite attractions. Other things to note We have a ring doorbell security camera by the front door. Ring camera in the backyard. We also have an alarm. For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation!
