Storybook Cottage: Spacious, gated 2-3 BR home. Features: huge TV, comfy furniture, pizza oven, private backyard, orange tree, vintage piano. Near LA attractions: Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Hollywood (under 20 min). The space The property is gated with the access via coded entry. This house is located in a great location near tons of stores and restaurants. Great freeway access and not far from LA's favorite attractions. Guest access DRIVEWAY: There is a guest house at the end of the driveway, but the driveway is reserved for main house parking. Please note that the owner’s car also be parked in the driveway, but one space is available for guests. Other things to note We have a ring doorbell security camera by the front door. Ring camera in the backyard. We also have an alarm. For rentals of 28 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay. In the event that a guest refuses to vacate the property at the agreed-upon checkout time or otherwise creates a situation requiring formal removal through local authorities or court process, the guest shall be responsible for all associated costs. These may include, but are not limited to: legal fees, court filing fees, sheriff or marshal lockout fees, additional nightly charges, and any loss or damages incurred as a result of the delay.
