Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that the owners live in on site in an adjacent building. This is their personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house. We have a golden doodle named Treble who may pop over for a visit. The space This space fits up to two couple plus a few children. Large dining table that seats 8. Big sliding patio doors that let in a breeze and open up the space. Lots of nocks to chill out in. A three way gas fireplace to cozy up the family room. There are stairs to get into main space and the loft area with the twin beds. The master bedroom has sliding doors, a soaker tub and wood fireplace. There is a media room which leads to a star gazing bedroom with low curved ceilings. Guest access Guests have access to the main house. We are in finishing up a renovation and there will be some areas closed off. The second building is completely off limits. Guests will have access to the yard up until the fence. BBQ is available. There is parking for two vehicles up at the gate. Parking has to happen on the property not on the roadway. Other things to note There are ants and other bugs that come into the space because it is a home surround by nature. We have tried to rid the house of such guests but they just keep returning. Please do not put any menstruation products, dental floss and any products besides toilet paper down the toilets. It will wreck the sump pumps. Please be aware that we are on a well system so be considerate with water use.
