This Condo can be rented with the "Jetty Condo" to host your large vacation party of up to 12 guests. EV 50amp charger for guests. Not a pet friendly property. Parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note No smoking, vaping, drug use (including marijuana). No partying/loud drunkenness. No animals. 2 vehicle maximum.
