Beautiful apartment for two people with spacious bedroom/living room, kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom with shower/toilet and window. Free Wi-Fi. Ski room with ski boot dryer. The QUELLALPIN with pool, fitness, spa is only 150 m away. In winter (Oct. to May), our guests have exclusive FREE access to the swimming pool & fitness center, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount. The local tax of €3.50 per person (from 16 years)/night is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The space The apartment is on the second floor of our house. It has a large living/bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, armchair, etc. as well as a small kitchen with table, bench and chairs and a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and window. The apartment does not have a balcony, but you can sit on the wide landing of the house stairs right in front of your apartment door on a wooden bench and enjoy the sun in the morning. Parking is available in front of the house. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Free, modern and fast fiber optic Wi-Fi ;-) Other things to note Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm, check-out is by 10 am. Dog only after PRIOR REQUEST. We charge €5 per day for a dog, but at least €15 for the increased cleaning effort. Non-smoking apartment. There are two other apartments in the house. The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant, etc. is only 150 m away. Our guests have FREE admission to the Quellalpin swimming pool in winter (October to the end of May). In summer, our guests receive a 50% discount. Admission to the sauna area costs our guests €13 instead of €17 all year round. (The Quellalpin is closed the last week of May and the first week of June each year due to inspection work) Free ski bus to the glacier area not far from the house. Skiing is possible there until the end of May. The 25 km long cross-country ski trail Kaunertal starts directly in front of our house. It's just a few meters to the natural toboggan run. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is within walking distance.
