This listing is for up to 10 guests booking our entire B & B. We are 34 miles from Angel Fire and 40 from Red River ski areas. Amazing hot breakfasts are included in your rate. We are also located only 4 miles from Philmont Scout Ranch. Our location is ideal as a base camp for motorcycle touring, high altitude athletic training, sight seeing, yoga retreats, workshops, or a small reunion. The space Blue Dragonfly Inn is centered around a 1500’ square foot room featuring a 36’ x 16’ x 9’ deep pool and hot tub available year round. We also have a large and comfortable guest common area with TV, board games, and a library of local interest books as well as all sorts of novels and literature. There is a large deck overlooking an arroyo where the Cimarron River snakes past below the house which is ideal to view wildlife. Pool room access is available all day and evening. There is a 1/4 mile walking track around the perimeter of the property. Guest access You will have exclusive access to nearly 4000 square feet of space to sleep, bathe, exercise, dine, and relax. as well as our two acres of outdoor space where you can play horse shoes, bocce ball, or star gaze. We have a nice collection of classic board games, card games, and a library of local interest books, novels, and non-fiction. During your stay We serve a scratch-made hot breakfast daily and typically dine with our guests unless requested otherwise. Guests may also enjoy breakfast in the privacy of their room or on the back deck. We love meeting new people and will offer tons of tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat while in the area. Other things to note Rooms have individual air conditioning units so guests can set their own comfort level. We also provide a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven for guest use.
