Peaceful Private room in Charlotte

Recently redecorated bedroom located in a safe, gated community just off South Blvd, in a great part of town. Walking distance from the light rail that will take you straight to trendy South End and uptown In 20 min. 20 mins from CLT Airport, 10 minute drive to Carowinds, and 5 minute drive to 485&77. **No extra visitors except those listed in reservation, host can ask for cancelation without refund if guest bring strangers into the house without permission. The space This private bedroom with private bath is a peaceful retreat for anyone be it business or pleasure. Once entering the house, the room is right up the stairs, on your left at the end or the hall, with an en-suite bathroom. Your room has wifi, TV with an Amazon Fire TV stick with Netflix and Hulu, DVD Player, Dresser, full closet with hangars, Iron (in laundry), and coffee maker/kettle (in kitchen). House has central Air and Heat - we generally keep the house at 72 degrees. There is a lot of warm natural light that streams in throughout the day for a natural and comforting feel. All cleaning supplies used are non toxic, and sheets and towels are cleaned with hypoallergenic dye free detergent. You will have access to our small fenced patio furnished with market umbrella, and small cafe table and chairs (just don't let the cats out). You will also have access to our small dining room, and kitchen (the top shelf is reserved for guest use). **We offer free laundry use one time every three days. Please help yourself at the laundry area. We have all necessary detergents, stain removers, and dryer sheets. If your stay will be less than 3 days, you still can use the laundry for $5/ use During your stay My wife and I both work full time, but depending on the week she has mornings off. I leave the house at 8am and return by 7pm, Mon-Fri. We will always be home on weeknights and usually stay in and relax on weekends.
