We are usually very busy, but love to interact with our guests if there is an opportunity. Guests will have access to all common areas including kitchen, living and dining room, patio overlooking lake, as well as community pool, tennis and basketball courts. We only request that you are courteous to others by cleaning after yourself and keeping noise to a reasonable volume at night. We respect your need for privacy and quiet if that is your preference, and love to interact and converse with our guests when there is an opportunity. We will be available in person at times, and always by text or phone to answer any questions, provide suggestions, or resolve any issues that might arise. Town-home in peaceful community near beautiful parks; Pembroke Lakes, Pembroke Gardens and Sawgrass Shopping Centers; restaurants, charming downtown Hollywood, bustling Ft. Lauderdale. 40 minutes away from Miami, South Beach, Wynnewood and Coral Gables. Plenty of parking if you are renting a car. However, no work vehicles are allowed in the community. Nearby public transportation including express bus and/or train to Miami, Palm Beach and Orlando. To move around in the area it is best to have a car, or utilize Uber or Lyft.
