The mansion house traditionally found on street corners. We have two private rooms for rent, and one upstairs (King size) if needed. Our Studio Room comes with a king size bed, fireplace, sitting area, desk, microwave, small refrigerator, wardrobe and armoire, Smart TV, stereo system, and whisper quiet air conditioning. Our Queen Room comes with a tempurpedic queen size mattress, wardrobe, sitting area, fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, and whisper quiet air conditioning with through the house HEPA air filtration. There is a large, dedicated fridge for storing food, for guests - however we ask that common sense (and remembering other people need to share the fridge) guide you- ie: simple day to day use. Also, food is left at your own risk and should be labelled. Thanks! Guest access You're welcome to use the kitchen (other than cooking on the stove and oven.. let's stick to microwave, please...) as long as you are wearing a mask. There is a dedicated fridge for storing food, for guests. There is an enormous veranda/porch with plenty of seating. We would prefer this outdoor area to be the place to socialize - healthier for everyone. We respect our neighbours though, and keep our voices quiet after 11 pm. Other things to note No actual "private" parking, but there is plenty of FREE, well-lit street parking all around us. You can park right next to the house, usually.
