Charming Townhouse Steps from the Beach

This spacious and bright two-story town home with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is located in the oceanfront condominium complex Seascape Sur in Solana Beach, steps from the beach. A generously equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a patio with a seating area and city views allow for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located inside the unit. Common area amenities include pools, spas and tennis courts. The space The town house is a two story building in a condominium complex. It offers a spacious master bedroom with California king size bed, ample closet and storage space, TV, work area with a monitor for your laptop, wireless internet access, and a beautifully designed master bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet. A full bathroom with bathtub is located across the hallway. Washer and dryer are available for your use. Both bedrooms are located downstairs, which keeps temperatures comfortable throughout the year. Please note that the house has heating, but no air conditioning. Heating is limited to a maximum of 71dF (~22dC). Several floor fans are provided to keep you cool. Kitchen, living and dining areas are located upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster oven. You'll find pots, pans and utensils to cook and serve your own meals. Cable TV is available with approximately 70 channels on all three TVs. Netflix and YouTube can be accessed on the upstairs TV in the living area. You may attach your own streaming device (FireStick or similar) to be able to watch your preferred services. A seating area with table, four chairs and umbrella is available on the upstairs patio. The condominium complex is located on a bluff. Garages are underground and access to all units requires some walking through the property. Access to my house requires climbing 2 to 3 flights of stairs from the garage, same from the street. Access to the beach is through a gate at the beach end of the complex down the bluff via a public staircase with several flights of stairs. Guest access You have access to all areas of the house except for some personal storage areas that are locked up. You can spend time at the common areas such as the two pools and spas, use the clubhouse with pool table, library and table tennis, as available. Please be aware that common area facilities may be closed due to repairs, events or other unforeseeable circumstances and are not guaranteed. Other things to note Prices include 13% occupancy tax charged by the city of Solana Beach. No tax is due for stays of 31 nights or longer. The unit has no amenities for babies or toddlers and is not child proof. Therefore, I won't be renting to families with children under the age of 5. All guests and expected visitors need to be indicated at the time of reservation and must not exceed a total of 4 people. Additional guests are not allowed in the house or on the property, also not temporarily. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any kind of smoking products is not permitted inside or around the house or on the patios.
