We are reserving our spaces for COVID-19 responders and o of town guests** NON SMOKING Please keep in mind our building uses a classic steam heating system, which means the heat is centrally controlled and automatically regulated by the building not by individual thermostats in each unit. When the system runs, steam travels through radiators to warm the space evenly. You may notice the radiators get hot and make occasional hissing or clanking sounds, this is normal and part of how steam heat works! This studio is located in a 44 unit Vintage Apartment Building built in 1927. The studio is on the first floor. The bed is a full size brand new memory foam mattress, a full size bed is 54" wide x 75"long (so if you are tall this may not work for you). We have a 43" ROKU T.V. and WIFI (no cable provided) for streaming. There is no stove/oven, we do have a microwave and a George Foreman grille. No smoking- No parties No loud noise after 10:00 P.M. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. Guest access You have the entire apartment. The building offers a new courtyard for outdoor seating, a fully equipped coin operated laundry room, and a fitness room. You will have an assigned Airbnb parking space for off street parking located steps away from the side door entrance of the building. Additional parking is available on Rose Blvd (side street).
