Our condominium is ideally located in Black Butte Ranch and is about 200 yards from the main lodge and pool/recreation area. Our deck looks out at what is arguably the best view in Black Butte Ranch. Residents look across a large grass area, through the meadow and to the Three Sisters Mountains. Black Butte Ranch offers two golf courses, multiple tennis courts and pool complexes, dining venues, canoeing and paddle boarding and miles of bike and running paths, plus super hiking trails. Other things to note Please note, a 12% Resort Access fee will be collected separately from your Airbnb reservation. This is a Black Butte Ranch requirement. The fee you send to us will then be paid to the Ranch. Please check in and register all guests and cars at the Welcome Center upon arrival. They will provide you with access to the Ranch. We will provide you with access instructions to the condo prior to arrival. Guests will be charged an 8% CountyTransient Room Tax.
