Contemporary great room with plenty of light and 25 foot vaulted ceilings. Two California redwood chairs for the king and queen to sit and relax. Conveniently located betwen Flynn's and The Fire Island Beach House and steps away from the Island Pantry. Ocean Access is only a five minute walk down Cayuga! The space This is a three bedroom house with private bathroom in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single twin and bunkbeds. In addition we keep an extra twin mattress in the closet and two air beds in case you need an extra bed to sleep on. Two sets of Cornhold boards are there to use, a skim board, boogie boards and beach chairs and umbrellas. The great room feature very large California Redwood chairs in a bright and open floodplan with 25 foot vaulted ceilings and an eat in kitchen with counter chairs. The back of the house is very private as there are no houses behind this one and rear of the house faces the Point O'Wood baseball field. Guest access Guests can Use all parts of the house. It is completely theirs during the stay. Other things to note All guests are required to place a refundable security deposit of $500.00 against any damages. This will be requested in addition to all booking fees and charges. Any guest that allows more people over the original reservation request will be charged an additional fee of $250.00 per person per night.
