Guest access You have access to the complete house except for 1 locked storage closet upstairs in master bedroom. That bedroom still has an accessible closet for your use. Other things to note Bring your own salt/pepper, seasonings, condiments cooking oil. We do not stock any edible items in the house. We have pots/pans, cooking ware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. in the kitchen. There is one video camera on property. It is a Ring doorbell camera and it is situated on front porch with visibility of only the front porch/doorway. It is only activated when motion is sensed at front door. Your privacy is taken very seriously and this camera can NOT see inside house at all. ****Weather & California Fire Season: unfortunately, wildfires have become a regular occurrence during fire season (July - Oct). As such, we recommend purchasing trip / travel insurance. We are unable to predict smoke and/ or air quality conditions and as such no refunds will be given for wildfires, air quality or other weather condition including snow storms and repercussions due to snow storms such as power outages, Wi-Fi disturbance etc. ****Winter driving restrictions may be in effect during snowy weather, with chains or 4WD required. The roads are well maintained and frequently plowed; however, No refunds will be given for winter weather / road conditions including late arrival and/or early departures. We ask that all guests purchase trip insurance.
