The Veranda Apartment offered presents everything needed for short and long stays, and is characterised by its Veranda at exclusive use. An electric car charging station is available on the property. The space The property consists of an antique rural house founded in 1866 and finely renovated recently, divided into 4 independent flats with access to a 1-hectare fenced garden that guests can enjoy. The Apartment with veranda, Alpha, is located on the ground floor and offers fine marble floors, oak double-glazed windows and mosquito nets, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette equipped with all necessities (utensils, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher). Alpha then offers a queen-size double bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe space and a large bathroom with shower cabin, all equipped with all the necessary linen. The special feature of the flat is then the spacious, furnished 30 m2 veranda for exclusive use and its enchanting view of Lake Trasimeno and the islands Maggiore and Minore. Situated in Passignano sul Trasimeno, our Villa enjoys a unique position of absolute peace in a hilly setting planted with olive trees and yet in the middle of the village, whose centre is only 1.5 km away, therefore close to all useful services such as shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Located on top of a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, the Villa guarantees an unparalleled view. It is possible to request an Italian or continental breakfast, which is not included in the price published. Every morning fresh bread and brioches are offered to our guests for free. Guest access In addition to the exclusive spaces listed above, guests will have shared access to the entirety of a one-hectare garden of the property, equipped with deckchairs, tables, umbrellas and a cold whirlpool tub (available only during summer). In addition, a barbecue present in the garden is available for free upon request, together with a pergola furnished with tables and chairs. Moreover, at the back of the Casale a space with a washing machine and clothesline for free use are offered. Other things to note We have renovated and furnished Antico Casale Tiravento with the belief that it is probably a unique structure for its location. We are looking for guests who can appreciate it. We also mention that a sweet dog lives with us, loved by all the guests visiting Antico Casale Tiravento.
