Our Rustic Frank Lloyd Wright inspired contemporary home is located on 10 wooded acres amidst nature's beauty. There are trails in the woods for hiking & cross country skiing. The floor to ceiling walls of glass in the apartment bring the outside in and the private deck provides additional spectacular views of the woods. When not enjoying the wonders of the outdoors, take advantage of our included streaming services. We have a brand new heating and cooling system with 24/7 service! The space Based on our past experience, please respect that we prefer our guests be mature adults 25+ years of age with a minimum of 3 Airbnb reviews. Airbnb has this listed as a 10 room apartment which is incorrect. It is approx 1000 sq. ft. of living space that is open concept in design. Our descriptions and pictures accurately show a great room which includes a kitchen, dining, and office work areas. There is a full bathroom and private queen size bedroom. In addition, there is a large private deck and yard. The woods are nice from hiking. Guest access The apartment is located in our home with a separate keyed outside entrance. The house is built into the hillside & the apartment is on the lower level with full views of nature. You must take the outside stairs near the front door to the lower yard & walk all the way around the deck to the last set of sliding doors to gain entry. WARNING! If you have any kind of physical challenges, this property can be difficult to navigate with steps and it's rough terrain. Other things to note If you are a nature lover then this is the place for you. With that being said, living in the woods means you are going to see various insects, spiders, snakes and woodland creatures. We do have Orkin services to help control the spider, insect and animal population but it is not 100% full proof. If you are frightened by woodland creatures then this is not the place for you! This apartment is located within a private home so feel free to communicate with us. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
