This 106 year old home is being restored to its former glory, slowly but surely. Large rooms, beautiful woodwork, high ceilings and the luxury of yesteryear join forces with today's comforts. You may see some cracks in the ceilings or walls, hear a squeak on the stairs or creaks in the floors. The house has character, a story to tell. Come experience the history! Guests have access to a hospitality room with a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, toaster, beverages and light snacks. Hosts live in the house but are only as interactive as guests need. Uber and Lyft, and a city bus system is readily available. It's easy to walk or bike around the city. Room does not have central heating or air conditioning. Ceiling fans and other fans are provided in summer, electric heaters are provided in winter.
