Located in a desirable neighborhood just a few minutes walk down a private right-of-way road to the middle of Long Sands Beach (by the Anchorage hotel). Adorable, updated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cape. The house can accommodate 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (more children allowed with owner’s permission). Parking for 3 cars. No pets and no smoking allowed. Send owner a message if interested in a long term fall rental and we can work on a monthly rent. The beach is just as beautiful in September and October! Open first floor plan with comfortable seating for 9 people in the kitchen / dining room. The property also offers a beautiful patio with outside seating and a gas grill. Enjoying a cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine is perfect on the wrap around farmer's porch. The property is on a quiet corner lot on a dead end street allowing a great place for kids to ride scooters or play right in the front of the house. WiFi and cable are provided and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV. The master bedroom has a smart TV and a futon for additional sleeping space. Also in the kids' bedroom, there is a Nintendo Wii to help keep the kids entertained. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms during summer weeks (no air conditioning in ocean facing kid's room).
