The space The circa 1870's two story farmhouse is situated along Stoney Creek and twenty minutes from I81 exits at Woodstock and Mt. Jackson, Virginia The house consists of three bedrooms, two full baths, eat-in-kitchen, family room, separate dining room, separate living room and large brick porch. The house which has a new heating and air conditioning system and newly drilled well is tastefully decorated with sturdy Shenandoah Valley antiques and quality reproductions. The Farm has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the first bedroom has 1 bed, the second bedroom has 2 beds and the third bedroom has 3 beds. There is an upstairs full shower bathroom and a downstairs full shower/tub bathroom. Grills and additional lawn furniture are available in a spacious storage shed with plenty of space for your fishing poles and lawn games. Other things to note "The Farm" is ideally located with access to eight vineyards and two brew houses within 15-30 minutes ; Bryce Mt Resort is 15 minutes; Orkney Springs Resort and Shenandoah Valley Music is 15 minutes; restaurants in Woodstock are 20 minutes, Hot Air Balloon rides are 20 minutes, the New Market Battlefield is 30 minutes and Hang Gliding at Woodstock tower is 40 minutes. ( a directory of vineyards and recreations is available on site). During the spring, March-May we offer " Trout Fishing Weekends" on approximately three-quarters of a mile on Stoney Creek.
