Riqionian House, located in an amazing olive farm in the seaside area of the settlement of Rikia Gargaliano Municipality of Trifylia, Messinia Prefecture. It is (on foot) 500 meters from the sea and 2 minutes drive. Mati-Chrysi Ammos beach stretches for more than 3 km and has soft golden sand. On the north side of the beach is the famous KA beach bar with a pool and sports facilities, while on the south there are two very luxurious Costa Navarino hotels. The space Riqionian House has undergone a major renovation in 2019. It is 70sq.m. and consists of a living room-kitchen (open plan), two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom-master there is also a fireplace. The spaces are air-conditioned, with two TVs, fridge, stove, microwave, Netflix, small meals are prepared and has all the amenities you may need for total relaxation. It has Wi-Fi and private parking within the fenced plot. Fresh towels, linens, liquid soap, shampoo, and shower gel are included. It can comfortably welcome four people.
