The unit has one assigned parking space and a small, shared garage space for parking a small to medium car, thus there is a 2-car maximum for guests staying at this vacation home though there is sometimes street parking available outside of the gate as well. The complex has two pools - one is heated, two jacuzzis, a workout room, sauna. Small, quiet, well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
