It’s not that we don’t like to have fun, but living next to a vacation rental can be tough, so please help us stay in good graces with our neighbors. - Quiet hours are 10pm-6am - No smoking indoors - fine for indoor smoking is $500 - No events, parties or large gatherings including bachelor/bachelorette parties - All guests must at least 25 years (unless kids who are with an adult) - No extra guests allowed unless approved in advance - No pets Guest access We use a smart lock and you will recieve the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home. Other things to note Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30am and 10:30 pm.
